RECREATION CENTRES
There are two recreational centres within the townsite. The 25,000 square foot community centre houses a library, conference rooms, a hardwood floor gymnasium, standard size (25 m long) swimming pool, a wading pool, a jacuzzi, 2 saunas, an exercise room and sports lounge.
The second recreation facility is a four sheet curling rink, which also houses 2 racquetteball courts,
a movie theatre and a pub.
SHOPPING CENTRE
The 22,000 square foot shopping centre contains facilities for a grocery store, bank, post office,
restaurant as well as a variety of retail shops.
MEDICAL CENTRE
There is a medical centre on site that will be updated with modern equipment.
FIRE HALL
There is an existing file hall on site complete with a good fire engine.
EXECUTIVE HOUSE
The VIP guest house is well equipped with furniture and boasts 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms
and a boardroom.
INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS
There are 3 large metal industrial buildings used as maintenance and carpentry workshops as well as storage for materials and machines.
